Terms of use

What this site is
This website describes Ray Mercy Ministry, a community ministry in Kenya, and the work it carries out. Nothing is sold here and no goods or services are offered for purchase. The only transaction this site points to is a donation, and that takes place somewhere else.
Donations
Donations are processed entirely by M-Changa. We do not collect payments on this site, we never receive your card or mobile-money details, and we cannot issue or reverse a payment ourselves. Amounts, receipts, refunds and any payment dispute are handled under M-Changa’s terms and their support process.
Gifts are applied to the ministry work described on this site: meals, household and medical supplies, transport for outreach and support for families. Where a particular need becomes more urgent than another, we may move funds to meet it.
Campaign totals and accuracy
Campaign figures are requested from the public fundraiser page and may lag behind the live total. When that request is unavailable, the site shows the last totals we verified and labels them as such. Please treat the M-Changa fundraiser page as the authoritative record of amounts raised.
Photographs, stories and content
The photographs, names and stories on this site belong to real people and are published with their consent or the consent of a parent or guardian. Please do not reuse them. All other content on this site is © Ray Mercy Ministry. You are welcome to link to these pages.
Links to other sites
This site links to M-Changa and to WhatsApp. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or how they handle your information.
Reasonable use
Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, misuse the campaign totals request, or present this ministry’s name or images in a way that suggests a connection with you that does not exist.
No warranty and limits
This website is provided as it is. We work to keep the information accurate and the site available, but we cannot promise it will always be either. To the extent the law allows, Ray Mercy Ministry is not liable for loss arising from use of this site. Nothing here limits rights you have under Kenyan law that cannot be limited.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms, and the date at the top of the page will change when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
