Who we are

Ray Mercy Ministry is a community ministry based in Kenya. For anything on this page you can contact us at rachelmacharia80@gmail.com or +254 721 826905.

What this website collects

  • No cookies. This site sets no cookies of its own.
  • No analytics or advertising. No analytics, tracking pixels or advertising scripts run here.
  • No contact form. There is no form on this site, so we store nothing from one. When you email us or message us on WhatsApp, that message is handled by those providers and we keep it only to reply and to coordinate the work.
  • Campaign totals. The donation card asks our own site function for the fundraiser’s public totals. The request contains no information about you.
  • Server logs. Our hosting provider processes standard request logs, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure and available.

Donations

Donations are processed entirely by M-Changa. We never receive or store your card or mobile-money details. The information you give during a donation is handled under M-Changa’s own privacy policy, which is worth reading before you give.

Services we rely on

  • Netlify hosts this website and serves the campaign totals function.
  • M-Changa processes donations and holds the fundraiser.
  • Google receives a site verification meta tag so search results can be managed. No tracking script is loaded on this site.

Photographs of children and families

This website does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The photographs in our gallery and stories are published with the consent of a parent or guardian. If you appear in a photograph and would like it removed, contact us and we will take it down.

Your choices

You can email us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to ask us to delete it. We will respond as quickly as we can.

How long we keep information

We keep correspondence only for as long as it is useful for the work, then remove it. Because we hold very little, there is very little to keep.

Changes and governing law

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page. This policy is governed by the laws of Kenya, including the Data Protection Act, 2019.
